A popular haunt for the young and hip, Revel at the Palace is a luxurious lounge that has direct access to The Palace Pool Club. The crowd at the club is mostly a mix of college kids and yuppies, local and foreign. Guests can get in for free on Mondays and Tuesdays, and the club is open every day except for Sunday.

4. Time
Makati (7840 Makati Avenue, Makati)

If you find that the usual party hours are not enough, Time is open for after-parties up until 8 AM! More than that, though, the club has a reputation for a DJ list that mixes an eclectic set of techno, house, and electronica. The place is considered a gem by those who truly like their EDM. Time also boasts of three floors, the third of which is a rooftop bar that has its own DJ and does odes to different themes.

3. The Palace Pool Club

As the country’s first day and pool club, The Palace Pool Club is located in the same complex as Valkyrie. In fact, it is a popular spot to chill and swim in before going to Valkyrie. It is even bigger, though, as it can host up to 4,000 people, from 11 AM until 3 AM. And it boasts an equally impressive “DJ resume”, with notable names like Kaskade, Diplo, Steve Aoki, and Alesso having manned its decks. Food and drinks are commendable, and guests can get in for free from Sunday to Thursday. The club has two pools and 12 cabanas perfect for lounging or people-watching.

2. Black Market
Makati (Warehouse 5, La Fuerza Compound 2, Sabio St., Makati)

Distinguished for the way it has embraced its status as an underground bar, Black Market is still a favorite spot of the original cool kids. It is home to what is widely considered the most comprehensive club music collection you can listen and dance to in the country, with curated track lists in D&B, hip-hop, trap, and others from local and international DJs. Themed nights are also a spectacle in themselves, the most popular of which is Bad Decisions Wednesday.

Bonifacio Global City (9th Avenue corner 36th Street, Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig)

The brainchild of some of the metro's most influential party scene masterminds, Valkyrie first opened its doors in November 2014 and has since gone on to enjoy an international reputation as a world-class party place. The club is big enough to host around 2,500 guests, some of which include the Philippines’ beautiful and famous. It has also played host to an impressive list of local and international DJs, such as Mars Miranda, Funk Avy, Marc Naval, and DJ Snake. Service is top-notch, of course. If you want to spend the wee hours of the night in a stylish spot bopping your head to EDM, hip hop, or the top 40s, Valkyrie is a must.
